Team Xterra Racing - a flash of yellow with a big bite!

After running a partial race season in '06 in the Best in the Desert Series to work out the bugs, Team Xterra Racing is prepared to take on the '07 season in full swing. The factory supported Nissan Xterra has been prepped and tested. The VQ4.0 V6 motor is very strong, the suspension trued and tried. The XterraRacer is going to be a contendor against the mighty H3 and the Explorers - but at the end of the day XterraRacer will be at the finish line enjoying the checkered flag.

The Team, led by owner/veteran driver Dave Blakely, is based out of Saratoga Springs (near SLC), Utah. The Team members hail from all over the country. These are fans of the Xterra that are willing to pit, work the radios, you name it. The TXR volunteers are very dedicated and have been instrumental in providing the support required to race in such a prestine series.
